Reap the benefits of a low stress, low impact and highly rewarding form of exercise that tones the body, burns calories, increases core strength, improves flexibility, alignment, posture and boosts self-image. Students will be guided through a systematic and thorough approach to stretching and strengthening. Through this ballet floor barre, students will gain knowledge of how to work efficiently, according to the laws of the body classical ballet technique as well receiving plenty of individualized attention.
