<p>Often in class, my avid and hard-working students are so busy concentrating, they forget to breathe. Oxygen is like water to the brain and the muscles. It renews vigour and energy and helps sensitize the body. It builds support and helps one to move more freely and fluently from the core. It also aids the dancer in creating a more beautiful line and  more musical performance. But most of it feels good and when one feels good, one dances better &#8211; one becomes more flexible, stronger and joyful. So in short, DON&#8217;T FORGET TO BREATHE!</p>
